About
I'm a data journalist who believes the most important stories live inside spreadsheets, public records, and the communities that don't always make the front page.
I'm currently the housing reporter for The Berkshire Eagle, covering one of the defining crises of our time: housing affordability, the shortage of units, and the policy decisions shaping who can afford to live where. In Berkshire County, that means zoning battles, displacement, development, and the people caught in the middle.
I am an award-winning journalist who finds the needle in the haystack — the number buried in a dataset that unlocks the entire story — then builds the narrative that makes it human.
I also helped manage and lead Unlocking New York, a data journalism project examining the history and present of the Erie Canal.
